The CNC lathe is one of the most widely used CNC machine tools. It is mainly used for cutting inner and outer cylindrical surfaces of shaft parts or disc parts, inner and outer conical surfaces of arbitrary taper angles, complex rotating inner and outer surfaces, and cylindrical and conical threads, etc., and can perform grooving, drilling, reaming, reaming Holes and borings, etc.

The Haas SS series of high-performance vertical machining centers come standard with an innovative 12,000-rpm coaxial direct-drive spindle, high-speed side-mounted tool changer, and high rapid traverse speeds for shorter cycle times.

4-Axis CNC Machining: Coolant Injection Ring
The new coolant injection system, designed specifically for Haas' new three-phase coolant pump, uses an orbital wrap-around collector ring to provide a powerful 360° jet of coolant through four specially designed nozzles. The system improves coolant delivery to the tool and is easy to adjust.
